Cal. 2 numerical analysis

Suppose you know that f''(t) is less than or = to 0.2 and
f''''(t) is less than or = to 2. ( that is, f 4 prime).

which of these methods is the most accurate? Which is the least?
and why?

using midpoint, trapezoid and simpsons rule. You don't need to work any thing out, just need to know what this is all about. I know that this is dealing with percent error and perhaps concavity, but besides that I am lost.

Also, this is the second part to a Q. that goes to a graph of x values of Time and y values of grams per minute.

Oh, and by the way, I have done 90 percent of this problem. I have the numerical estimates if you would like them posted. Although I do not think they are needed for the second part above.
