Substitute [2] into [1]: . $V \:=\:\pi r^2(9 - r)$

Hence, we must maximize: . $V \:=\:\pi(9r^2 - r^3)$

3. umm i learned to now take the derivative and set it to zero, but im confused on how to get the derivative of the new equation.....
