Integration of Bessel Function

Hi all,

I am trying to integrate a modified Bessel function of the first kind & zeroth order as follows:

\int_0^{Ith}{e^{-(\frac{I+A}{2B})} {I_0}(\frac{\sqrt{IA}}{B})\,dI}

$

, where A and B are constants and $\displaystyle I_0(x) $ is the bessel function

I am new to Bessel Function so I don't know much about it. I have tried to find explanations on how to differentiate and integrate the bessel function but I have not been able to find one that I could understand. I would really appreciate it if anyone can solve the above equation and tell me how to do so. Thanks in advanced.
