    Average Height

    Hi,
    I don't understand how to set up the integral for the following question;

    Find the average height of the (single) cone z=sqrt(x^2 + y^2) above the disk x^2+y^2 less than or equal to a^2 in the xy-plane where a is positive constant.


    Does anyone know how to set this up??
