How would I work this out?

$\displaystyle \int a \cdot f=a \cdot \int f$, for any constant a.
$\displaystyle \int x^n ~dx=\frac{x^{n+1}}{n+1}+C$, for any real number n, not equal to -1.
Here, you have :
$\displaystyle \int \frac{2}{x^5} ~dx=\int 2 \cdot x^{-5} ~dx$ (rule of exponents)
Now apply the two formulae above.
