You want to find:

$\lim_{x \to 0_+} \sqrt{x} \sin(x/(|x+x^3|)$

As $|\sin(x)|\le 1$, we have:

$-\sqrt{x}\le\sqrt{x} \sin(x/(|x+x^3|)\le \sqrt{x}$

and the squeeze theorem should take you from there.
