2)Find the point of intersection between y=x and y=2x
3)Drop a vertical line from this point so that it divides R into two pieces.
4)Now find the area of each piece.

Did you plot the region R defined by those three functions? If you plot them, you can easily find the limits of integration.

To solve this, you'll need to set up two double integrals.
