    Evaluating integrals

    I am studying for a test and cannot figure out the answer to a few problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    1.) From 0 to 1: (x^1/4 + 1)^2 du

    2.) From 0 to 1: sin(3piT)dt

    3.) From 0 to 1: u^2 cos(u^3)du
