This is an Elliptic Integral: $\displaystyle \int_{0}^{\frac{\pi}{2}}\sqrt{1+4sin^{2}(x)}dx=\sq rt{5}\text{Elliptic}\left(\frac{2}{\sqrt{5}}\right )$
