# Math Help - Double intergration problem

1. ## Double intergration problem

Can somebody tell me what I did wrong.

The top problem is what I was given, I am sopposed to change the order of intergration.

The two double intergrations are not the same, where did I mess up?

2. Look at the beautiful hand drawing below.

We will consider this as a region of the II type.
We find the left and right curves.
Left curve is,
$x=\ln y$
The right curve is,
$x=3$
The bottom curve is,
$y=1$
The top curve is,
$y=e^3$
Thus,
$\int_1^{e^3} \int_{\ln y}^3 2 dx dy$

3. As usual I thank you for taking the time to help, lets see if I got it.

Now, if I got it wrong, please use the same explination as the previous one. With the left, right, bottom and top curve.

Anyway, again I thank you for your time

4. You got it correct!!

What are you learning now? Calculus III?

5. Yes, Calculus III. And it has been a challenge. But so far I am doing OK.

Being a 47-year old college student means that information doesnt soak in as fast as it might have 30-years ago. I'm a Mathematics/Education Major

Again I Thank You.
