For the first one use the product rule on the first term, and the other two terms are elementary.

For the 2nd rule use the product rule on the first term. On the 2nd term you can write it as $\tan(x) = \frac{\sin(x)}{\cos(x)}$, and use the quotient rule. Then plug in x = 0 to find f'(0).
