    Calculus: Sigma Notation

    Can someone please help me with this problem?

    Write each sum in expanded form...
    n
    ∑ f(Ck)∆Xk
    k=1

    (k is the subscript)

    with the info you have given, this is the farthest we can go

    \sum_{k = 1}^nf(C_k) \Delta x_k = f(C_1) \Delta x_1 + f(C_2) \Delta x_2 + f(C_3) \Delta x_3 + \cdots + f(C_n) \Delta x_n
