Find Radius of a Sphere in Vector

I think I know but I just want clarification. Find the equation of a sphere with a center of (3,8,1) passing through (4,3,-1). I have the equation but I'm not sure how to find the radius. Is it just adding the differences of squares between the center and the points? If so that would give me 1^2+5^2+2^2=30

the radius is the square root of what you have
