    Vector problem

    If a= i-j+2k , b=2i + 3j - k and c=-i+4j+3k , then determine the vector a.(b \times c).

    I have worked it out and have got answer as

    40

    is it right or wrong..........

    a\cdot (b\times c) is not a vector, it is a real number.
