Draw the region defined by the given curves. Then you will see that the double integral is the same as:

$\displaystyle \int_{x=0}^1 \int_{y = -x^{1/2}}^{y = x^3} \frac{4}{5} x y + \frac{9}{11} x^2 y^2 \, dy \, dx$.

It's much less work to do the integration in this order than the other way around (do yu see why?). Can you do the integrations?
