    Help with this double integral please!

    I'm stuck on problem # 3. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    note that \sqrt{|y - x^2|} = \left \{ \begin{array}{lr} \sqrt{y - x^2} & \text{ if } y \ge x^2 \\ & \\ \sqrt{x^2 - y} & \text{ if } x^2 > y \end{array} \right.
