please help me to solve that questions

Q1. If this limit exists then it is independent of how (x,y)->(0,0).

But if we approach (0,0) down the y axis (that is x=0), the expression goes
to infinity so the limit does not exists, but its worse than that as if we
approach along the x axis ( that is y=0) the expression goes to 1.
