I assume what you mean by "7*Sinc^2(2w-3)" is:

h(w) = $\displaystyle 7 { \left ( \frac{sin \left ( 2w - 3 \right ) }{2w - 3 } \right ) }^{2 }$

Consider the inverse Fourier sine transform:

f(x) = $\displaystyle \sqrt[ ]{ \frac{2 }{ \pi }} \int_{ 0}^{ \infty } h \left ( w \right ) sin \left ( wx \right ) dw$
