we are looking for all the components of the graph of arctan(e^x). We have arrived at a snag with the limit as x approches infinity. We think we have arrived at 0, which makes sense, but arent there supposed to be two? is 1/2e^2x(1/1+e^2x) the correct result of using lhospitales theorem.... at a snag here..

$\lim_{x \to \infty} \arctan{e^x} = \frac{\pi}{2}$

$\lim_{x \to \infty} \arctan{e^x} = 0$
