Can anyone help integrate. Can this be done only by taking the integration into parts??

Yes, you should use integration by part.
$*\int t^2e^{-2t} = \frac{-t^2 e^{-2t}}{2} -\int -te^{-2t} =\frac{-t^2 e^{-2t}}{2} +\int te^{-2t}$

$\frac{-t^2 e^{-2t}}{2} +\int te^{-2t}=\frac{-t^2 e^{-2t}}{2} +\frac{-te^{-2t}}{2} + \int \frac{e^{-2t}}{2}$

$=\frac{-t^2 e^{-2t}}{2} +\frac{-te^{-2t}}{2} + \frac{-e^{-2t}}{4}$
