My teacher gave us for this to do, and it was from last years AP Calculus AB FRQ from the exam last year.. And I don't get any of it...

my advice to you is to go and see your teacher for some face-to-face help ... tomorrow would not be too soon.

Would the time be 3 seconds because the area is more negative from 0 to 3??

And the position, wouldn't it be the integral from 0 to 3 of v(t)?
