    finding area!! NEED MAJOR HELP!!

    Find the area between the x-axis and y = -x3 - 4x on [-5,5].

    Hello
    If you mean the algebraic area (integral between -5 and 5 of -x^3-4x) then the answer is 0 because -x^3-4x is an uneven function y(-x)=-y(x)
