    You don't need L'hopital's rule for this one.

    You should know these:
    \lim_{x \to \infty} \tan ^{-1} (x) = \frac{\pi}{2}
    \lim_{x \to \infty} \frac{1}{x} = 0

    Just a matter of plugging these in.
