4. 1) First find a normal vector to the plane.

$\displaystyle (2,5,7)\times(1,2,3)=(1,1,-1)$

So the plane will take the form.

$\displaystyle x+y-z=c \mbox{ for some }c$

Sub in the other point $\displaystyle (-1,1,3)$ to find $\displaystyle c$.

2) Apply similar argument.
