    Help with antiderivative..

    A car is traveling at 80 km/h when the driver sees an accident 40 m ahead and slams on the brakes. What constant deceleration is required to stop the car in time to avoid a pileup? (Give your answer correct to two decimal places.)

    u = 80 km/hr = 200/9 m/s.
    v = 0 m/s.
    x = 40 m.
    a = ?

    2ax = v^2 - u^2

    Solve for a.
