Thread: Convert to hours from calc

So I want to find out haow many days and hours it will take for 210 bugs to produce. so I found the wquation of 61.8(1.2)^x so then I go through the table and I have 6 days and then .71 so that is what I want to convert to hours so I thought that I woud just divide 24 by .7 the answer that I have this doesnt work, what do I do? Thanks for the help

6.71 days = 6 days + 0.71 days
0.71 days = 24 hr x 0.71 = 17.04 hrs
17.04 hrs = 17 hrs + 0.04 hrs.
0.04 hrs = 60 min x 0.04 hrs = 2.4 min
2.4 min = 2 min + 0.4 min
0.4 min = 60 sec x 0.4 = 24 sec.
Therefor, 6.71 days = 6 days 17 hrs 2 min 24 sec.
