Consider that the function you have is simply Log[x]/Log[1/2] = -Log[x]/Log[2], where the logs here are in base e.... then differentiate normally since -1/Log[2] is just a constant! Should get -1/Log[2] * 1/x
i thought you could not have log in your answer
