The x-axis has the direction vector: . $\langle 1,0,0\rangle$

The vector is: . $\vec{v} \;=\;\langle3+t,\:\text{-}1,\:2\rangle$

The parametric equations are: . $\begin{Bmatrix}x &=& 3 + t \\ y &=& \text{-}1 \\ z &=& 2 \end{Bmatrix}$
