    implicit differentation

    Can someone tell me if this is right?

    6x^2-3y^2=9

    the answer I can up with is y'=12x divided by 6y


    Just a yes or no would really be apprecaited

    6x^2-3y^2=9

    12xdx -6ydy =0

    -6ydy=-12xdx

    dy = \frac{-12x}{-6y}dx

    \frac{dy}{dx} = \frac{2x}{y}

    You forgot to simplify lol
