    derrivative

    y=2x(log10)(sqrt(x)) notice that log 10, 10 is the base.

    Product rule + chain rule.
    log(b) x = 1/(x+lnb) notice if b = e then the derivative is 1/x

    You should know the rest of the derivatives, and I'll leave the number crunching to you.

    Also note that 2x\log_{10}\left(\sqrt{x}\right)=2x\log_{10}\left(  x^{\frac{1}{2}}\right)=2x\cdot\tfrac{1}{2}\log_{10  }\left(x\right)=x\log_{10}\left(x\right)
