Thread: Diff EQ check

Hi all,

I'm wondering if someone could see if I did this diff eq correctly:

dv/dt = A - Bv

1. dv/dt + Bv = A

2. Then I used an integrating factor to come up with:

d/dt(v * exp(Bt)) = A*exp(Bt)

3. v*exp(Bt) = AB*exp(Bt)

4. v = AB

Is this correct? Thanks,

you did not integrate the right side correctly ... you also forgot the constant of integration
