All looks well...until you replace r in part (b).
It should be $\displaystyle r=\frac{2.5}{5}h$. You can make this adjustment by keeping in mind that the radius has a value of 3 only when the height is 6. It is also good to take note that the radius is half the value of the height withing the cone...
