how do you do this problem?

Find the derivative of f(t)=(ln9)t.

The way you have written it implies that $\ln(9)$ is being multiplied to t.

Thus $f(t)=[\ln(9)]t\implies f'(t)=\ln(9)$

Do you mean to say that $f(t)=\ln(9t)$?
