Geometric complex numbers
Describe geometrically the sets of points z in C defined by:

Re(az + b) > 0 where a,b are elements in C (Complex set)

I know how to do it if a,b were real numbers but in this case, it they were not. What can I do?

Many thanks

Here is a hint to get you started.
$\Re e (az) = \Re e(a)x - \Im m(a)y$
