$\displaystyle \frac{A}{x} + \frac{Bx+C}{x^2 + 4}+ \frac{Dx + E}{(x^2 + 4)^2}$

There's a pretty easy way to get the first bit of the partial fraction:

You can then use the method outlined by 11rdc11 to split the second part into partial fractions.
