    find the discontinuities

    f(x)=1/1-2sinx how do you determine that the answer is 2npie+(pie/6), 2npie+(5pie/6), n=0,-1,1,-2,2....

    There are discontinuities when 1-2sinx=0 because the denominator of a fraction cannot be 0.

    So whenever sinx=1/2 there will be discontinuities.
