    \int\frac{2x}{x^2+9}\;dx-7\int\frac{dx}{x^2+9}=\int\frac{du}{u}-7\int\frac{dx}{x^2+9} (make the sub, u= x^2+9)

    Thus, \int\frac{2x-7}{x^2+9}\;dx=\ln|x^2+9|-\frac{7}{3}\arctan\left(\frac{x}{3}\right)+C
