0 < \int_0^{1/n} {\frac{{\sqrt[4]{x}}}{{1 + x^2 }}} \,dx < \int_0^{1/n} {\sqrt[4]{x}} \,dx = \frac{1}{{1.25}}n^{ - 5/4}
$

from which you should be able to show your series converges.
