Use the sub t=1/x.

After the sub you will get a famous limit involving e that can be found in any calc book. - Jul 27th 2008, 06:53 PMtutor
Hi

lim as x--->0 (1+x)^1/x=expoenential =e - Jul 27th 2008, 07:51 PMChris L T521

This is the more analytic way of solving the limit.

Does this make sense?
