After a combination of divination with the Math Gods and my uncanny ability to read completely incomprehensible math type this says
$\displaystyle \sum_{n=1}^{\infty}\frac{3n+7}{n^2-n}$
In which case it diverges by the limit comparison test
$\displaystyle \frac{3n+7}{n^2-n}\sim\frac{3}{n}$
