Thread: List of non integrable functions

Many a times i find myself in awkard position when a problem is posed to me and i dont understand whether it is solvable or not. Is there any list of problems ( or functions ) which are not integrable ( Even on the net ) with normal method of integration (with using any series). Help me with the list of non integrable functions Thanks in advance.

You can use Wolfram Mathematica Online Integrator. If it can't solve it, then the integral is not solvable or requires a very special technique or too hard.

Never use it before you tackle with the integral! Spend at least 5-10 minutes on the integral, then look whether an elementary answer exists or not.
