If , find the tangential and normal components of the acceleration vector.

This is what I have so far

Am I on the right track? My algebra is a little rusty. Can T be simplified? Is the next step to find N and then do a dot T and a dot N? correct?

$a_T = \frac{\vec{v} \cdot \vec{a}}{|\vec{v}|}$

$a_N = \frac{|\vec{v} \times \vec{a}|}{|\vec{v}|}$

where $\vec{v} = \frac{d \vec{r}}{dt}$ and $\vec{a} = \frac{d^2 \vec{r}}{dt^2}$.
