Did you mean 'a' instead of 's'?.

If so, I think we can use:

$\int_{-2}^{2}\int_{-\sqrt{4-x^{2}}+2}^{\sqrt{4-x^{2}}+2}\int_{0}^{ay}dzdydx=8a{\pi}$

$8a{\pi}=4\pi$

$a=\frac{1}{2}$
