Did you mean 'a' instead of 's'?.

If so, I think we can use:

$\displaystyle \int_{-2}^{2}\int_{-\sqrt{4-x^{2}}+2}^{\sqrt{4-x^{2}}+2}\int_{0}^{ay}dzdydx=8a{\pi}$

$\displaystyle 8a{\pi}=4\pi$

$\displaystyle a=\frac{1}{2}$
