    Two calc questions...stumped

    1) What is the slope of f(x) = In x, at x = 2?

    2) Find f''(x) of f(x) = In x
    -I know this one must be either 1/x or -1 / x^2

    Thanks!!

    Is that f(x) = \ln{x}?

    If so, f'(x) = \frac{1}{x}, therefore f'(2) = \frac{1}{2}.

For part two, the correct answer is -\frac{1}{x^2}.
