A question I'm stuck firm on

Can anyone help me with this? I'm at an absolute loss where to start.

Figure Q1 is a block diagram representation of a ship steering system where Y is the actual heading angle and Yd is the demanded heading. Delta is the input signal to the steering gear controlling the rudder movement.

Calculate the autopilot controller values (Kc and T) so that the closed-loop system has a pair of complex conjugate poles with damping ratio of 0.5 and an undamped natural frequency of 5 rad/s

Thanks for any help you can shed
