    calc 3 vol of solid bounded by paraboloids

    hello i need to figure out the limits of integration for the volume of a solid bounded by the paraboloids

    z=x^2+2*y^2 and
    z=12-2*x-y^2

    there is a typo...its actually z= for the second equation not z+
