I am trying to solve for x in x^x=Q were Q is a constant. I’ve tried a lot of different things with algebra, but I think that it may need calculus. can somebody help???

I've used the W(Q) furmula but the problem is that if I want to get a real value for x I need to be able to solve for w in Q=w e^w I don't know if there is anther way. or if is really posible to get a real number for x in x=LN(Q)/W(LN(Q))
