Use a triple integral to find the volume of the region bounded by x=y^2, z=0, x+z=1.

i'll be back for some spherical stuff in a bit.

Look to me as though you want:

    \int_{x=0}^1 \int_{y=-\sqrt{x}}^{\sqrt{x}} \int_{z=0}^{1-x} dz~dy~dx
