    Stupid Velocity

    This is so easy but I can't do it..

    Use the position formula - S(t) = -16t^2 + vt+s
    where v = initial velocity s= initial height
    Ball is thrown straight down from a building 220 feet tall with an initial velocity -22 ft per secondwhat's its velocity after falling 108 feet

    1. Calculate the time taken to fall 108 feet: S(t) = 108 => t = .....
    2. Velocity = S'(t).
    3. Substitute 1. into 2.
