Are you sure about that? I get a triangle from 0 to 1 and then a trapeziod from 1 to 2 with a total area of 3. It was f(x) = x + floor(x) right?
Decide whether f is a Riemann integrable. if yes find integral of f(x) dx from 0 to 2.
f(x) = x + [x] [x] = greatest integer function
For this problem: I graphed it and actually it came out to be a triangle with the base being 2 and the height 4. So my answer is 4.
